| Seller Membership Guidelines
Membership as a Seller is open to anyone who maintains
eBay seller accounts in good standing who also meet
any TWO of the following criteria:
- $25,000 per month in Gross Merchandise Value.
- $1,500 per month in eBay fees (including both Listing
and Final Value Fees).
- 500 positive feedbacks in the 30 days prior to Membership
Committee review.
500 active eBay listings in the 30 days prior to Membership
Committee review.
Applicants meeting these criteria generally will promptly
be admitted for PESA Seller membership. Seller members
are entitled to vote in PESA elections.

| Affiliate
Membership
Affiliate Membership is a non-voting membership class
open to anyone who is unable to meet the criteria for
Seller Membership but who otherwise demonstrates the potential
to have a substantial impact on the PESA community. Affiliate
Members allows those who participate in the eBay and online
commerce the opportunity to contribute to PESA.
We particularly invite vendors in the eBay selling space,
such as PSPs, software tool providers, common carriers,
consumable suppliers and other service providers to apply
for Affiliate Membership. We also encourage Affiliate
participation in PESA from representatives of other online
marketplaces and web communities. Likewise, we encourage
members of the media who cover eBay and online commerce
to apply for Affiliate Membership.
In exceptional cases, we will consider applications for
Affiliate Membership from individual small eBay sellers
who do not otherwise qualify for Seller Member status.
The rare small sellers that qualify for Affiliate Membership
will be able to demonstrate to the Committee that they
can make substantial contributions to the PESA community.
